Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies only to physical products and merchandise purchased from SALTY SPIRIT LLC, such as apparel, accessories, and other retail items.


This policy does not apply to tours, experiences, bookings, private experiences, customized experiences, shared experiences, Bio Bay experiences, boating activities, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, or any other activity-based service. Those services are governed by our Cancellation, Rescheduling, Credit and Refund Policy.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery, as applicable. If 30 days have passed since your purchase or delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must include original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:


  • Gift cards

  • Face masks

  • Swimwear

  • Neck gaiters

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Perishable goods

  • Flammable liquids

  • Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, or final sale items, unless required by applicable law or unless the item arrives defective or damaged


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted, when applicable, for:


  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, worn, washed, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to an error by SALTY SPIRIT LLC

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery, if accepted at our discretion


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within approximately 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or payment platform.


Shipping costs, processing fees, card fees, platform fees, convenience fees, and other non-recoverable charges are non-refundable when applicable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund yet, please first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, payment processor, or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective, damaged, or if an exchange is approved by SALTY SPIRIT LLC.

Exchange availability may depend on inventory, size, color, style, and product availability.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the approved return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate or store credit may be issued.


If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser and original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by SALTY SPIRIT LLC or the item arrived defective or damaged.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund when applicable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item valued over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@salty-spirit.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged or defective item.


SALTY SPIRIT LLC will review the request and determine whether the item qualifies for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
