Boat Charter Cancellation & Refund Policy

● All boat charter reservations are final and subject to the following terms, which are
accepted at the time of booking.
● Cancellations made 15 days or more before the charter date are subject to a 25%
cancellation fee or may receive a 100% credit for a future date within 90 days. Based on
availability; one change only.
● Cancellations made within 15 days of the charter date are non-refundable.
● Late arrivals (15 minutes or more), no-shows, same-day cancellations, or guests arriving
under the influence of alcohol or drugs are non-refundable.
● Charters operate in light rain and moderate weather conditions. Unsafe weather
cancellations are determined solely by the captain.
● If Salty Spirit LLC cancels due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen
operational circumstances, guests may choose a 100% refund or 100% credit.
● By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy

Biobay Clear Kayak Experience Cancellation & Refund Policy
