We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site, including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations.


Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared with any third party and affiliate company for marketing purposes.


For clarity, SMS opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We may use communications providers, such as RingCentral, only as service providers to help deliver, manage, store, or support our communications.

If you participate in an experience and do not want your image used for promotional purposes, you may notify us in writing before the experience. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.


We do not knowingly identify minors by full name in promotional materials without appropriate consent.


MINORS
