Boat Charter Additional Information
You get to experience the island from the ocean, a different perspective than when taking a shore entry snorkeling trip. Not only do you get away from the crowds on a private trip, but you are also able to check out different impressive reefs not many can get to unless they on o a boat. You will pass by the entrance of the bio bay, the old light house built in the 1800's, and that fresh air breeze you feel as the boat goes is unmatched.
Where do we go snorkeling?
The snorkeling sites the crew members know of are beautiful and as with the shore entry snorkeling tour, there will always be a guide with you in the water leading the way and pointing out sea creatures and organisms as you swim.
Some of the sites we visit, taking into consideration weather conditions are the following:
- USS Killen sunken boat
- Berlin reef
- La esquina reef
- Lemon reef
- and other secret, yet safe spots
Which beaches do we go to?
Salty Spirit is a locally owned and operated small business, we know the ins and outs of the island. We plan our locations the morning of the trip since the weather app is not 100% accurate. The captains and crew members are able to predict ocean conditions and will always take you to the best location depending on the day.

- and other secret, yet safe spots
What if our guests only want to go snorkeling or only want to go beach hopping?
We got you! Simply inform reservations over the phone or clarify this on the comment section at the time of booking. You can also inform the captain and tour guide at the time of check-in. Communication is key; it's easy to work with us! Let us know what you want to do, and leave it up to our crew to take you to the best places around the island.
